Shipping Policy

At Wraith & Rise, every order is handled with the same care we put into our designs. Here’s what you can expect when it comes to shipping:

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

  • During limited-release drops or peak seasons, processing times may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard delivery times:

    • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after processing.

    • International Orders: 7–21 business days after processing.

  • Please note: actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • It may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package is scanned by the carrier.

4. International Shipping

  • We do ship internationally. However, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

  • We are not responsible for packages held or delayed at customs.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once your order is handed off to the carrier, Wraith & Rise is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to the carrier first with your tracking number, then contact us if you need additional help.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time.

  • Limited-release items may have specific shipping restrictions, which will be noted on the product page.
